Pilates Training:

We’re excited to offer this excellent new training program. Get a one-on-one Pilates introduction from one of our certified instructors for just $50. Stop by the Fitness Desk or call 415.789.7900, x. 117 to schedule your time. Pilates is an efficient way for people of all ages to improve strength and muscle tone, balance and flexibility, and joint mobility.

Group Exercise:

Race Training Program

Join coach Rudy Kardos to train for the RCP Tiburon Mile and/or the Marin County Triathlon.
