Strength and Stability: This intermediate non-impact class is designed for swimmers, tennis players and seniors but is welcome to all. Improve your overall strength and balance for everyday life and on the tennis court. This class focuses on good form and can be a great way to rehabilitate an injury. Increase your core stability to prevent against an injury and falls.
Boot Camp: An outdoor high intensity and agility full body workout! We will be pushing your potential with strength, speed and core exercises. Be ready to sweat!
Power Yoga: Music-filled, Vinyasa-based flow class that tones, aligns and strengthens the entire body. Asanas sequences aim to create core strength, engage major muscle groups and increase stability and stamina. Heated class.
Yoga Flow: Movement that strengthens the core, creates balance and embraces our life force. Yoga will increase your performance at all levels and reduce stress through focusing on form, breath and stretching. The Ashtanga practice of yoga emphasizes a regular routine, rhythmic breathing, correct alignment and meditation. Non-heated class.
Zumba: ZUMBA® is a vibrant dance fitness format consisting of short dance & aerobic exercise routines to popular, International, and Latin American music. This class focuses on building strength, balance and body symmetry in many diverse dance styles —while having fun! Salsa, Merengue, Tango, Celtic, Flamenco, Disco, Cumbia, Axé, Reggaeton, Afro-Brazilian/Samba, Belly Dance, Bollywood, Swing, Old School Funk, and Hip-Hop.
Cycle & Abs: This cardiovascular class will bring out your best ride. The certified, enthusiastic cycle instructors will incorporate proper set-up and form, variation of speed work, hill climbs, and interval training. Each class is 50 minutes of great calorie-burning intensity, about 600-800 calories per class. We feature the newest, smoothest riding indoor cycling bikes on the market right now. Our Keiser bikes gage your rpms, watts, heart rate and distance with single lever gear shift giving great feedback for individual improvement. Heart rate monitors are encouraged. This class will include an intense abdominal and core workout at the end.
