Childcare Reservation Policies

Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. In the event that you need to cancel a reservation please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours your account will be charged the full price of the childcare. If you fail to show for your appointment within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the childcare representative will be sent home and you will be charged for 1 hour of service. Also, if you fail to show up at the time your appointment was originally scheduled and show up late, you will be charged from your original appointment time until your child is checked out of Child Care.

Wellness Policy

In order to protect the health and well-being of all the children in our care, we expect parents to assist us by keeping children at home if they have experienced any of following symptoms within the last 24 hours:

  • Fever
  • Signs of a newly-developing cold or uncontrollable coughing
  • Diarrhea, vomiting, or an upset stomach
  • Unusual or unexplained loss of appetite, fatigue, irritability, or headache.
  • Green discharge from the nose.
  • Any discharge or drainage from the eyes, ears, or open sore,
  • Any unexplained rash and/or other illness diagnosed by a physician as contagious.

If your child is not well enough to attend school, they are not well enough to come to TPC either.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
